Courier Partners and Delivery Time:
We partner with reliable couriers like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Xpressbees, and more. Typically, orders to urban areas in India are delivered within 8-10 business days if ordered before 12 PM. Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and Northeastern states may take 12-14 business days. Business days exclude Sundays, public holidays, and local disruptions. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. Rural or out-of-area locations may also experience longer shipping times.

Processing Time:
Please allow 3-4 days for order processing, which may extend by 1-2 days during high demand. Processing includes printing, stitching, packaging, and coordinating with couriers. Orders placed after 12 PM start processing the next day. All-Over-Print (AOP) orders typically require 5-6 days due to additional production steps.

Tracking and Communication:
Once your order is processed (after 4-5 days of order placement), a tracking link will be emailed to you. Use this link to monitor your shipment. If you don't receive it, contact us at info@merchbodysoul.com for assistance.

Smooth Delivery:
Ensure smooth delivery by providing accurate address details, landmarks, and an active mobile number. The courier will contact you directly, so please be available to receive the parcel. We cannot be responsible for missed calls or failed delivery attempts. If undelivered, the parcel will be returned to us, which may take additional time.
